Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving sales of wind turbines and executing additional sales opportunities in the renewable energy market. The ideal candidate will possess native-level proficiency in English and a genuine passion for renewable energy and its market expansion.
Our modern office and production facilities are in Kohtla-Järve. You can work fully or partly remotely. We welcome local and international applicants.
Responsibilities:
- Lead sales efforts for wind turbines, identifying and pursuing additional sales opportunities within the renewable energy sector.
- Qualify and rank leads in the wind energy sector, ensuring efficient use of sales resources and maximizing conversion rates.
- Draft contracts and create proposals tailored to the renewable energy market, addressing the specific needs and requirements of each client.
- Engage in professional activities such as outreach to educate and expand the market on the benefits of wind energy solutions, building relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, engineering, and operations, to ensure alignment and support in achieving sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Native-level proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Genuine passion for renewable energy and its market expansion, with a strong commitment to sustainability.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the manufacturing or real sector, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Solid understanding of sales strategies and customer relationship management, with proficiency in upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of wind energy solutions effectively.
