We are pleased to announce that Freen OÜ has joined the Ukrainian Wind Energy Association (UWEA). This is a big step towards strengthening our commitment to developing affordable, clean wind energy solutions in Europe, including Ukraine. Joining UWEA is in line with our mission to make wind energy accessible around the world.
Our partnership with UWEA opens new opportunities to deliver our high-quality small vertical axis wind turbines to Ukrainian communities, empowering private investors, communities and businesses to harness the power of wind in a cost-effective way, as well as working to increase energy independence and security in the country. With the support of the UWEA network, we aim to accelerate the deployment of small-scale wind power in Ukraine, directly contributing to national renewable energy targets.
This collaboration is important for yet another reason – it allows us to join forces with like-minded stakeholders from across the Ukrainian wind energy sector, pursuing our shared vision of a sustainable future and energy security. We are confident that together with UWEA we can make a significant impact on the Ukrainian energy landscape by supporting local infrastructure, creating jobs and promoting energy independence.
Kate Samedova, Director of Sales and Marketing at Freen, summed up our goals for this collaboration:
“Joining the Ukrainian Wind Energy Association is an important milestone for Freen. We are committed to providing affordable and efficient wind energy solutions that can positively impact access to wind energy in Ukraine. Working with UWEA, we aim to accelerate the deployment of small wind turbines across the country, contributing to an energy independence and more sustainable future for all.”
Our goal is to ensure that wind energy becomes an everyday resource for both individuals and businesses. By partnering with UWEA, we are one step closer to making this vision a reality.
